I used them before no problem but recent purchase online didnt go through error came up after 2 attempts to purchase, got voided, but my money still went out my account, have to wait a week for it to go back in my account, customer service seemed a bit clueless, didnt really help that much.

Better off using amazon.

Delivery company -failed to deliver item in time for a gift. Sorting out return was super easy. 'Nina' was amazing and handled it all. One of the best companies - I have ever dealt with. Have complete confidence. I have just made another purchase of some Boflex Select Tech weights for my son. Would definitely use again (and again)

Great price on a kettle bell which was delivered on time.

Absolutely first-class service from the in-store personnel. Very friendly and approachable. Super knowledgeable about the equipment and any questions that were asked. They were more than willing to let us try the equipment and to set it up for us for a proper demonstration.
I was also given advice on alternative equipment to purchase that would be better suited to my needs, rather than the equipment I was originally looking at purchasing (and no, this was not more expensive equipment).
All in all, a great experience for both me and my wife.

Since the pandemic my gym closed down completely. I have a few bits of things at home but since having long covid my cardio had suffered drastically. I missed doing spin classes at the gym so had been looking for quite some time, read loads of reviews for different bikes but didn’t want to spend a fortune incase I couldn’t get back into it. So pleased with my purchase and surprisingly so is my other half who now also uses it! Great service, have bought fitness equipment from here before & would definitely recommend to anyone.

Ordered a set of dumbells, which I expected next day, however these arrived 4 days later, including weekend. After enquiring about this, Angela at Fitness Superstore investigated and replied straight away and returned postage. Although not sure why the delay, the customer service was brilliant and this is what makes companies stand out. Dumbells are perfect and looking forward to using them. Thanks Fitness Superstore

We recently visited the Nottingham showroom to peruse the huge range of elliptical training machines they have there. It was a bit bewildering, but a really great sales assistant - Jordan - was able to help us out. There was no high pressure selling, just lots of information - good and bad - about the various models, and which might suit our needs best. In the end we settled on a Bowflex machine on which Jordan was then able to give us a good price. I would highly recommend visiting the store rather than buying online.

I have been waiting for a order for 4 days now when I paid a express delivery and still waiting for it! It’s been the same position since 14th July and it’s really frustrating because when I call up fitness superstore all they say they have escalated the matter but nothing has changed!

They refunded me my express delivery fee but that doesn’t mean you take your time delivering my items!

I had to take time off work for this delivery as one of the colleagues I spoke to yesterday told me it would be delivered today 19/07/22 at 10:30 but yet to receive anything!

I honestly wouldn’t recommend I have my own private gym and there are plenty of other providers with good rates and quick service!

Justin was great as explaining all the different options for us to buy an exercise bike based on what we wanted and where we were going to put it in the house. Really relaxed, knowledgeable made us feel comfortable before we bought.

Unfortunately this is the worst experience I've ever had purchasing an item and trying to get support for it.

I bought the Powertec Workbench LeverGym. A positive was that the person I spoke to in store was friendly and helpful.

That's where the positives end. Firstly, there were a few issues with the payment as I was overcharged twice.

The item arrived and I noticed most of it is rusty. It feels like I've received a second hand item. I provided a bunch of photos and videos of all the rusty pieces (one of which sounded like a maraca as it was full of rust inside it) and apparently the replies to me weren't making it to my email address (as well as my partners email address). Sounded like excuses to be honest.

It was dragging on so slowly so I phoned the store I purchased it from to get some sort of movement, thankfully this actually triggered a response from the support team. They told me to do a bunch of maintenance on this "brand new" item... again, it feels like I received something used/old which is farcical considering I paid £1,499 for it.

0% chance I'll be using Fitness Superstore again and I definitely won't be recommending them - waste of time and money
